Groups hanker for details on $50B infrastructure plan

Transportation groups are hungry for the details of President Barack Obama's proposed $50 billion transportation infrastructure plan. Although the president said the money would go to roads, rails and airports, how the money will be divided and when are the big questions. Several groups voiced their approval of the investment plan, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, a bipartisan coalition called Building America's Future, and Amtrak.
