Obama: $50B transportation investment includes NextGen

President Barack Obama unveiled a more than $50 billion plan to invest in U.S. transportation infrastructure, including NextGen. Obama said the plan will "advance a next-generation air traffic control system to reduce travel time and delays for American travelers." The plan will also restore 150 miles of airport runways.
