SpaceX plans second launch test for rocket in October

Space Exploration Technologies, or SpaceX, is preparing its Falcon 9 medium-lift rocket for a second flight in October. The company says its engineers have been making improvements to the rocket since its debut in June, including fixing an issue that caused the rocket to rotate several degrees as it left the launch pad, and relocating a liquid oxygen drain outlet that contributed to a second stage roll captured by an on-board camera.
