Food trucks show no signs of stepping on the brake, report says

The quest for convenience is driving the popularity of food trucks, a trend that just keeps getting hotter, according to the National Restaurant Association. Nearly 60% of consumers said they'd eat at a food truck if their favorite eatery offered the option, and 28% of respondents who noticed food trucks in their neighborhoods stopped for a bite.
