B&G puts focus on natural snacks

B&G Foods, which this year acquired the True North and Pirate's Booty brands, expects strong growth in natural snacks, said Bob Cantwell, executive vice president. He described the gluten-free True North brand as a "diamond in the rough," and said Pirate's Booty has been growing about 20% a year, and offers opportunities to expand outside its current product line.
