Guest teacher program helps expand Chinese language education

The College Board and the Confucius Institute, a public institution affiliated with China's Ministry of Education, are working together to expand the ranks of native Chinese speakers in U.S. schools. The program currently boasts 129 language teachers from China in 30 states. Five schools in Wake County, N.C., recently joined the program.
