Neiman Marcus might announce $6B sale this week

Prospective buyers Ares Management and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board are reportedly close to sealing a deal to acquire luxury department store chain Neiman Marcus for about $6 billion. The deal, which could be announced this week according to sources, would end eight years of ownership by private-equity firms Warburg Pincus and TPG Capital.
