Passenger screening system readied for testing

The Transportation Security Administration expects to test its new Computer Assisted Passenger Pre-screening System II (CAPPS II) early next year. The system color-codes passengers for the individual's level of flight risk and has raised privacy concerns for both liberal and conservative groups.
