EU study warns about Web sites selling electronic goods

A study by authorities across the European Union looked at hundreds of Web sites that sell mobile phones, DVDs, digital cameras and other consumer electronics. The study found that many of the sites might be violating laws as they mislead consumers, conceal charges or fail to provide an address for consumers who wish to return goods. National consumer watchdogs say they plan to follow up on the irregularities.
