Iran might be ready to build a nuclear bomb, U.S. envoy says

Glyn Davies, the U.S. Envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency, said Iran's nuclear development program has reached a dangerous point that soon could culminate in a nuclear weapon. Davies said Iran's refusal to suspend work on uranium-enrichment and heavy water-related projects despite international sanctions suggests Iran wants at a minimum to preserve the option of building the bomb.
