Store discriminated against girl with autism, judge rules

A Minnesota judge has fined Abercrombie & Fitch $115,264 for discriminating against a 14-year-old girl with autism. Store staff refused to let the girl's sister accompany her into the changing room, even after the sister explained that the girl had a disability. The store's staff said company policy allowed only one person at a time. The retailer must also review and revise its employee training and policies.
