TSA screeners get new test kits for powder explosives

Following successful tests in four airports, TSA is distributing 1,250 powder explosive detection kits to airports around the country. TSA says only a small percentage of powders will require additional screening using a solution that tests for explosives. Common powders like makeup and baby formula are unlikely to require testing, according to the agency.
