Can't get no respect? Try getting a haircut

Baby-faced bosses often struggle to win the respect of their more grizzled employees, so it's important for them to project an aura of authority and competence, experts say. If you're younger than your workers, they advise, get a sensible haircut and make sure that you don't use "text-message speak" in e-mails to staffers. "You need to keep it professional," says consultant Justin Fahey.
