CEO Moynihan says BofA is "not buying anything"

Brian Moynihan, CEO at Bank of America, has made it clear that the banking giant has no plan to acquire anything. The decision sets him apart from his predecessor, Kenneth Lewis, as well as rivals. "I was an M&A guy and bought companies for years in one of the early parts of my career ... Do we know how to merge companies? The answer is absolutely yes," Moynihan said. "It's just that we don't need anything now."
