Packaging pro: Be inclusive in design decisions

James Tupper, a packaging expert at nonprofit IGD, says he develops programs aimed at "getting all trading partners in the grocery supply chain" to recognize the value of retail-ready packaging. The approach is aimed at shoppers, distribution people, CPG companies and retailers, who all benefit from well-designed packaging, he says.
