Sebelius warns insurers over "unjustified" premium hikes

In a warning letter to the president of America's Health Insurance Plans, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that the U.S. government will not tolerate insurance companies that pass "unjustified" premium hikes and blame them on requirements in the health reform law. Those that enact unfair rate increases will be excluded from the state-controlled insurance exchanges that are slated to begin in 2014, Sebelius said.
