3 ways to build trust with your employees

Your employees will only trust you if they can predict how you will act in different situations, so the key to fostering trust is to clearly define what guides your behavior, writes Mike Figliuolo. He suggests creating a set of maxims -- "What would [my grandmother] say?" is one of his -- that inform your decisions. Share your beliefs with your team and be sure to follow them, Figliuolo recommends.
