Health care pros use social media for work, small survey finds

An online survey of 63 people who work at U.S. health care institutions revealed that 75% employ social media tools for professional activities. The most popular reasons for using social media professionally were marketing/brand awareness and business development, according to the survey by Frost & Sullivan and the Institute for Health Technology Transformation.
