Business owner searches for the right loyalty program

Alex Su wanted to offer a loyalty program for his Tpumps Tea Shop in San Mateo, Calif., but he quickly found that going with a smartphone-only solution created problems. Many of his customers didn't own smartphones or didn't want to participate, and the loyalty program was slowing the sales process. Ultimately, Su implemented a card-based loyalty program that worked better with his customer mix.
