Dodd urges patience on Dodd-Frank implementation

Former Sen. Chris Dodd says he hopes that by the end of the year, the Dodd-Frank Act he co-sponsored will be fully implemented, but he urged patience as regulations come online and are tested. Dodd also said he regretted being unable to develop housing reform in concert with his regulatory reform act, and said there is still work to do in restoring confidence in the American financial system.
