ICAP approaches Libor settlement with regulators

ICAP is negotiating settlement terms with U.S. and U.K. regulators regarding possible manipulation of the London Interbank Offered Rate. The deal with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority reportedly could near $110 million, much less than penalties faced by banks in the situation.
