Lenders predict mortgage business will drop in near term

Rising interest rates have put a damper on the housing market, and Bank of America, Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase all are forecasting slowdowns in their business in the second half of the year. However, Tim Sloan, Wells Fargo's chief financial officer, says the market seems to still be in good shape, with prices rising and delinquencies staying steady.
