NPCIL plans major boost in nuclear energy capacity by 2032

Nuclear Power Corporation of India is seeking to boost its capacity by 60,000 megawatts by 2032, said S.K. Malhotra, head of the public awareness division of India's Department of Atomic Energy. NPCIL currently produces 4,780 megawatts of electricity from its 20 reactors in the country.
