Oyster growers target Delaware Bay

Small oyster growers are popping up along the coast of the Delaware Bay hoping to turn an area where oysters were decimated from disease and pollution in the late 20th century into a profitable farm. "To have a local oyster that we're proud of the way the New Yorkers have theirs coming out of the Great South Bay and Long Island Sound" would be great, said Sam Mink, who buys oysters for a local restaurant. "We can have a great oyster coming out of the Delaware Bay and be proud of it."
