Pillay urges renewed diplomatic push for Syria

United Nations human rights chief Navi Pillay is urging world powers to work with the UN on diplomatic ways of resolving Syria's civil war, saying the world has a "legal and moral obligation to save lives by bringing this conflict to an end." U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said the U.S. will consider returning to the UN after a chemical-weapons inspection team's report is submitted.
