A strike on Syria would cost in the "tens of millions," U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel says, but some in Congress are asking how the U.S. can foot that bill with sequestration in place. "Our military has no money left," said Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., the Senate Armed Services Committee's top GOP member.
