Study: Easing arthritis with Mediterranean diet

A Mediterranean diet, packed with fruits, vegetables, fish and olive oil, may have anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, and people who learn about the Mediterranean diet with hands-on instruction are more likely to experience the benefits than those who only receive written dietary instruction, a study found.
