Tennessee nuclear plant project faces big challenges

The Tennessee Valley Authority faces some big challenges in building what will likely be the last "stick-built" nuclear station in the U.S. The project will be a second unit for the TVA's Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, and hurdles that will have to be overcome include the need to find enough workers to build the plant and the challenge to design the plant to specifications required for a federal operating license.
