Boeing Co. says "the decline is slowing" in air cargo, leading to hopes for a rebound in passenger bookings, which typically trail cargo trends by three to six months. The Boeing outlook is good news for airlines with big cargo operations, especially those with exposure in the hard-hit Asian market.
