N.Y. hotel turns social campaign into sales

New York's Roger Smith Hotel is a small family-run outfit, but it has emerged as arguably the world's premier social-media hotel, writes Rebecca Lieb. The hotel has 3,000 Twitter followers, a YouTube channel, blog, Facebook page and Flickr photostream. The owners say they use social media to promote art, as well as increase bookings.
