Pittsburgh pharmacy-based disease management program expands

Pittsburgh's LivingMyLife program that pairs pharmacists with diabetics to help them control their disease soon will also offer help with heart disease and asthma. Christine Whipple, executive director of the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health, said the program shows companies can help improve employee health without simply increasing health spending.
