Social-feedback sites get mixed reviews from health professionals

A wide range of social-feedback and review sites are emerging to cover the health care industry, and patients say the tools can provide valuable insights into everything from how good a doctor is to where to find a convenient parking lot. Still, some doctors are concerned that clinics that specialize in tough cases will receive poor reviews, simply because the sickest patients are also the least likely to fully recover.
