Wellness council encourages people to try Engine 2 Diet

The Mercersburg Area Council for Wellness is challenging residents to try the Engine 2 Diet, a nutrient-dense, plant-based plan created by one-time local triathlete Rip Esselstyn. Some participants in the Pennsylvania town got dramatic results after four weeks on the diet, which helps control glucose, reduce cholesterol and boost energy.
