Berries top RD's list of fat-fighting foods

Berries are at the top of registered dietitian Kim Schwabenbauer's list of foods that help fight fat because they increase a hormone that helps burn fat. Pistachios come in second because they contain protein and fiber that make people feel fuller, followed by Greek yogurt, an egg for breakfast and green tea.
