Baby boomers could help condo market rebound

Condo sales, which were heavily hit during the recession, are expected to rebound as baby boomers looking for an urban setting move away from suburbia. "There's not a huge inventory of condos in most markets anymore, and most of us are wanting a little more exclusivity than a 300-unit apartment project," says Mark Humphreys, CEO of Humphreys & Partners Architects.
