Despite serving patrons in what chef Alain Ducasse calls "the prettiest dining room in Paris" with tasseled curtains and an ornate ceiling painting, the dishes at Le Meurice Restaurant are low on frills. "We're not going to give you something showy here, we're going to give you flavors, tastes, products, seasoning, cooking. Justice," says Ducasse.
