EEOC e-mail blast spurs lawsuit

Case New Holland is suing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, saying the agency e-mailed more than 1,000 employees requesting information about the employer without providing notice to the company about its plans. The company wants a federal court to declare that the agency violated the Constitution and to prevent it from using any information obtained through the e-mail blast.
