Yancey's Fancy invests $20M in two-part expansion project

Cheese producer Yancey's Fancy has announced plans for a two-part, $20 million expansion project that is meant to help the company meet rising demand and increase production to 15 million pounds annually. The project includes construction of an $18.2 million, 112,000-square-foot plant, as well as a $2.5 million equipment upgrade at Yancey's existing facility.
