Kentucky parents review students' performance via the Internet

More than 100 of Kentucky's 1,300 schools are giving parents a snapshot of their children's performance in schools by posting data including schedules, progress reports and discipline records online. Principal Michael McKenzie of Lexington's Lafayette High School says the system boosts parental involvement and serves as an effective communication tool for the school.
