Report: Hispanic food, beverage market appeals to U.S. consumers

Manufacturers who are targeting the U.S. Hispanic food and beverage markets should direct their products to one of three segments: Mainstream Mexican, Authentic Hispanic and Nuevo Latino, according to Packaged Facts, whose recent report explores the increasing popularity of Hispanic foods among non-Hispanic Americans. Buying power in the Hispanic market is expected to boom within four to five years, according to various Packaged Facts reports.
