Government looks to improve speed of hires

Do you think it takes your group too long to hire? The federal Office of Personnel Management has called for agencies to speed up the federal hiring process -- 80 days from knowing a hire is needed to getting the person at a desk. OPM says a few things that can help are the use of "job announcement templates and automated staffing systems to generate announcements and accept applications."
