Not everyone on board with U.S.-Japan "open skies" pact

It's been called a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity -- a regulations-loosening open-skies pact between U.S. and Japanese airlines. But there are critics who fear the negotiations may not prove equally favorable to all parties. The goal of the three-day talks slated to conclude today in Washington is to replace a decades-old agreement that limits trans-Pacific passenger and cargo services.
