Survey shows 1 in 3 smartphone users open to targeted offers

Nearly one in three smartphone users are "comfortable" or "very comfortable" getting targeted offers, and within that group, almost 50% are open to location-based restaurant deals and 45% say they would redeem mobile grocery coupons, Compete's quarterly "Smartphone Intelligence" poll has found.
