Analysts look back at 9/11's effect on airline industry

A dozen years after 9/11, industry analysts say the tragic day still affects the airline industry. A wave of mergers swept through the industry, and security screening added wait times for travelers. "I think what happened, happened in a far faster and more profound way because of 9/11," said John Heimlich, the chief economist for Airlines for America.
