Dow reshuffle means less influence by IBM stock

One result of the biggest reshuffle of the Dow Jones industrial average in years will be a decline in the impact of IBM stock on the index, as Goldman Sachs, Visa and Nike replace Bank of America, Hewlett-Packard and Alcoa. "You have three stocks that are hardly weighted at all, and you're adding three that are coming in with major weight -- it's a pretty big change," said Richard Moroney, editor of Dow Theory Forecasts.
