JWT's first Tylenol spot focuses on customers

JWT gives Tylenol a new anthem in the agency's first TV spot for the Johnson & Johnson brand: helping consumers better care for each other. The ad from JWT, which won the creative account last year, shows a range of Tylenol products and includes a voice-over saying, "For everything we do, we know you do so much more." The ad does not address any of the product recalls Tylenol and other J&J brands have faced since 2010.
