Teachers at a Kansas middle school are following a set of practices known as the "Super Seven." The best practices are posted in each classroom for teachers and students, and the overall goal is to engage students in active learning and let students know what is expected of them, educators said. "Every lesson plan has an essential question: what the goal of the lesson was that day," math teacher Dwynne Riegel said.
