Lufthansa to offer connectivity only on some medium-haul jets

According to a source, Lufthansa will only offer in-flight Internet on some medium-haul flights. By the middle of next year, the carrier's 20 A321s will have the BoardConnect wireless system installed for medium-haul flights, but the airline will not install it across all medium- and short-haul flights. Previously, the carrier had mulled offering connectivity on short- and medium-haul flights, but some say it would be too complex.
