Tenn. town's sign issues drag on for years

Officials in Dyersburg, Tenn., tabled an updated sign ordinance in 2008 and today the town still operates under a sign code crafted in 1976. Recent concerns about signs being placed illegally on public property have revived the discussion and planners say they'll have a new proposed ordinance by the end of the year.
