Two Ill. residents plead guilty to Medicaid fraud scheme

Lisa Luckett and Henry Billups III, both residents of Cahokia, Ill., pleaded guilty to engaging in a scheme to commit health care fraud. The pair was involved in submitting fraudulent bills to the Home Services Program of Medicaid, claiming to have provided personal assistance to beneficiaries. Luckett and Billups are set to receive their sentences in January, and both could face prison time, fines and supervised release.
